Salan H does not offer a refund policy on any services. If you are dissatisfied with the service, we require you to notify us within 7 days from the date of the appointment and service. Salan H will provide robes as part of any service in order to keep clothing from getting damaged or stained by any products used in the salon. Salan H will not be held responsible for any damage caused in the salon to any of your items or clothing.
We require 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Appointments canceled with shorter noticed may be charged 50 percent of the value of the service(s). If you are running over 15 minutes late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may need to reschedule your appointment. Gratuities are only accepted in cash or checks. We cannot add them to the credit card transactions.
